Super slow and easy jogging. I'm feeling the 5k from Saturday still with some residual fatigue. Legs feel OK, just low energy.
Here are a few suggestions given to me for Mt Evans...
Are you sure no solid food for a race of less than two hours is a good idea? Maybe just a sandwich in a fanny pack?
Plus, I don't remember seeing any Coke at the aid stations so you might want to carry a 2 liter bottle of your own... just in case.
Don't forget, this is a mountain, wear your trail shoes.
Remember to smile and thank every volunteer, preferably with a handshake or a pat on the back.

Don't forget your pacer at Summit Lake.
If the wind is as brutal as expected on race day (~50mph) then a pacer/ wind blocker would be good!
I have not looked at the forecast yet. Hope not, I love this race. See ya there. I will be looking for you to introduce myself.
Are you going to wear your camelbak? What about your compression socks?
You should also consider getting a temporary tattoo with a pace calculator on it. You know, just to be sure.
Trailrat- I'll be the guy dressed in white camo compression gear...
P- No socks but definitely a fuel belt, i-pod, aero-helmet, Garmin, altimeter, HR monitor, i-phone and a folding stool for resting at the aid stations.
You forgot the PBR.
White compression outfit? I thought you were going to try out their new clear version?
And I definitely would not touch your stool during this race. See previous comment on not needing any solid food for a 2 hour race. (These last 2 sentences don't relate to each other if you are easily offended.)
Ya, the PBR will be in the fuel belt.
Clear compression gear? Ha! You're right, maybe I had better not bring my own stool with the white clothes...
what? no power meter? how are you going to determine wattage?
amateur.
My PM isn't compatible with my Lunar Racers...
