Monday bike and lift

20:00 Wu) on the Computrainer.
 3 X 6 step-ups per leg holding 15# dumb bells. Ouch. These are essentially single leg squats.
6/5/4/3/2/1 ME intervals with ascending wattage. The last minute was at 420 watts.
 4 X 6 squats.
5:00 cool-down spin.

I would not be able to walk for several fortnights after this workout. For the sake of the estimate, I am assuming a fortnight is 6 months.
