6 miles in 34:04 (5:40 pace) Road loop with 2 miles of sand trail.
3 miles in 16:47 (5:35 pace) Road with a big climb.
3 miles in 17:02 (5:40 pace) Sand trail with the last 1.5 miles uphill.
12 miles in 1:07:56 (5:39 pace)

Well, mine end with "km" where yours end with "mi" but other than that.... :D

What's your GPS and training software? Judging from the pictures seems similar to mine (I'm using SportTracks and it's been working great on my training programming and performance analysis).

Guy- I tried the sporttracks but couldn't get it to work. I'm impatient on the computer so I just decided to use the Garmin ANT thing that it came with and take pictures of the downloads instead. I have the Garmin 405. Horrible battery life (~5 hours) and the HR strap is too stiff to read well until it gets warmed up. It's awesome though.
I'm more into writing my training logs and don't store any data on the computer. There's something satisfying about hand writing my workouts at the end of the day. Data on a computer seems so impersonal for something so personal. Obrigado and saúde from Colorado!
