Those are impressive numbers! In fact, they're similar to mine!Well, mine end with "km" where yours end with "mi" but other than that.... :DGreat work!
Hey, isn't today your birthday? - Brian, Houston

Thanks Kevin.C- 38 is a boring birthday. Sort of in the middle.
Happy Birthday!I've been well and lurking your blog. Keep up the good work! I'll be cheering for you in October (albeit from the internut).Take care,Brian
Now we're talking! Love it.The header image I mean ;-)Happy Birthday, Tim.
Ya- I grew up on whiskey and coke...
What's your GPS and training software? Judging from the pictures seems similar to mine (I'm using SportTracks and it's been working great on my training programming and performance analysis).Keep up the good work.Greetings from Portugal.
Guy- I tried the sporttracks but couldn't get it to work. I'm impatient on the computer so I just decided to use the Garmin ANT thing that it came with and take pictures of the downloads instead. I have the Garmin 405. Horrible battery life (~5 hours) and the HR strap is too stiff to read well until it gets warmed up. It's awesome though. I'm more into writing my training logs and don't store any data on the computer. There's something satisfying about hand writing my workouts at the end of the day. Data on a computer seems so impersonal for something so personal. Obrigado and saúde from Colorado!
