AM) 13 miles avg HR 142/ max HR 151. I took a right from my driveway and was at 9200ft fairly quickly... in a snow storm. The high today is 39 degrees and it has rained non-stop all day. Awesome weather to run in!
PM) 7 miles avg HR 141/ max 150. Heavy clouds floating on the road, like running in fog. Steady drizzle and 33 degrees. Felt awesome.

Just wow. I love summer. It's so nice here in NYC. Hot, humid and it only gets hotter and more humid.
Should I really come to Boulder in four weeks.
I'm scared.
Boulder is about ~20 degrees warmer than up here. Don't be afraid... just close your eyes and go to a happy place when it starts to hurt. That's what they used to tell me in prison.
I sincerely hope you are talking Celsius...
