Michelle placed 18th over-all, 2nd (corrected) in her age-group... and PR'd by 23:00 for the Ironman. Giddyup.
Josh Friedman came in 8th over-all, 2nd in his age-group... 8.5 minute PR for Olympic distance.
Scott placed 58th at the Western States 100, tough day out there for a lot of guys!

I'm especially biased towards SJ, as running 100 miles is miserably impossible to understand...much less with a heat index near 100 and 20,000 feet of vertical.

I think Ironmanlive.com is wrong- there was a gal who passed me at mile 25.5 with a 36 on her calf and she finished ~10 seconds in front of me. They don't have her anywhere in the results? Anyway... Thanks for your guidance. I would not have done that without you!

Anon- It depends on what you are training for. I'm getting a little picky these days. Definitely shoot me an e-mail though and tell me about yourself!
