Friday 4 miles

in 29:14 (7:18 pace) average HR 128. 430 feet of climbing. First time I've worn HR for a long time. Legs felt awesome and energy is very good.

I'm laughing and crying at the same time. Obviously where I'm going wrong is I need to go get a meat hook and rip out a few pounds of flesh from my elbow.

A meat hook would work. Make sure not to clean the hook before and wait 24 hours before going to the ER! Very important that you wait.

Being new to HR training, I will agree with Brandon - I can't even imagine that pace at that rate!

I guess I could tie my weight loss goals to the "you run faster when you tear large chunks of flesh out" training plan.
