At the end of my driveway starts a winding climb up to 9200 ft altitude on a jeep road. This morning I was pressed for time so I decided to do the climb cutting some of the switchbacks to see if I could get 2 laps before my wife left for work. At 9000ft it was 43 degrees which helped a ton in holding my HR down.
8 miles total with 2010 feet of climbing/ average pace 9:13 per mile. Avg HR 144 (30 beats below LT)/ max 161.

What's been your weekly totals for the last 10 or so weeks?
40 to 70 road miles a week maybe.
uh, 40-70? I personally witnessed a 40 mile DAY a couple weeks ago.
As a tribute to Karl Meltzer, I did say 40-70 ROAD miles per week. The first time I ever heard him say that it irked me... now I will gift it onward. 40-70 road miles.
I go the other way, and tell people I do 100000000 relativity hours a week, maybe. So if I were moving on a train going 99.99% of the speed of light while running, and they were on Earth (which seems like a logical assumption), then I'm a total badass.
Ha! Not sure I understand it, but it's funny!
I'm with Dave. I bend space so now meets with tomorrow, so I've essentially covered x amount of ground in zero seconds. Helps with the avg pace for the week.
Oh, and I've run 60 to 70 dream miles this week.
On the 4th level of dreaming, 60 to 70 dream miles is like 4 million. Or a typical week for Tony Krupicka.

P.S. Unless you were already in the dream, in which case that's basically just the distance to the refrigerator.
