Nada...

Yesterday was a train wreck. I over slept and missed my morning jogging window then my 2 boys tag teamed me all day leaving me frazzled by the time my wife came home. A 3 month old can be a merciless and brutal little thing. Liv is amazing and awesome and beautiful and perfect though so I take it. Benny is just Benny. Adventure and energy with no limits.
Today started hectic and is now winding down and I have no plans on lacing up my shoes. I looked at some Velcro beauties the other day and thought they might make it easier to get out the door, but they were pink with flowers and size 3 and I thought the pink would bring out the red in my eyes. I started with a new athlete today and laid new carpet (which sucks) and pad in our spare bedroom, changed door knobs on all the doors, and am bricking the fireplace. It used to be all white quartz stone and I'm redoing it to brick. The white quartz was kind of cool but the people who built it thought it would be cool to use black mortar. Huh? Black mortar is soooo 1993... And I painted the bench by our front door. Now I'm knackered and ready for a drink.
I have to be cautious of these slips, but as Bob reminded me, 10 weeks is a TON of time and I'm fit now. So I'll relax and not fret about missed mileage. I should still break 80 this week. Tempo is now Saturday and Sunday is a very long run.

You're killing it. Wish I could buy you a beer. You deserve it.

I get that a lot. The veins and swelling and heavy bags under my eyes are stunning.
