The header pic is of my bib for the 2001 Hawaii Ironman. 16 weeks to Chicago.
am) Jogged 3 very easy and slow to test my hamstring. It felt tight but no pain.
pm) 6 miles at average HR 141, max HR 150. Pace was definitely off in relation to HR. Slower than normal which is 100% expected. After 3 days of no running my legs felt ok but not fresh. Hamstring was faintly noticeable but solid. I think I avoided an injury for sure. Tomorrow I'll start back for real and see.
