Tuesday long run

It's 7:50am and I'm done with my mid-week long run... I had meant to jog less than I did but I found myself awake at 4:00am wanting nothing more than to get out and run. I watched the sun break the horizon over Walker Ranch and saw my first Kit Fox. Here's a picture of one:

I knew they were little but this thing was only about the size of a cat. He was in a field of snow with no place to hide, when I ran by he flattened himself down in to the snow so you could only see his eyes, ears and tail. Quite cute.

I felt incredible and definitely feel I am back in my groove (different from a rut) and could have run forever this morning. Below is the last 7.5 miles of the run.. about 1800 ft. of climbing.

Great post by Paul at atickettokona...

How many minutes?

In the bible there's a passage "Therefore, just as sin entered the world through one man, and death through sin, and in this way death came to all men, because all sinned."
Find out what chapter that is from.. then convert that number to a fraction(IE: chapter 3:8 would = 3/8).

Divide a circle by that fraction. The degrees of the division of the circle = the minutes I ran.
