Monday

Lifted in the morning- 1:00 full body with about 30:00 just of core lifts. Then swim 500 all as scull 25/ catch-up stroke 25.

don't forget the shrugs in the weightroom - they are really all that matters.

Dude, the photo is too much. Especially juxtaposed with "No, it's not what you think." Village people meets the number 3 car. Scary.

I rehashed 2008 and I recalled some of the stuff said back in the spring that are really helping put the present into perspective. Your blog is like some kind of group therapy gig. Allright, I'll go to sleep now.

There's no such thing as too much snow to run! I'm trying hard to chill until January with the running. I love weight training and could easily be a gym rat. The swimming thing is just me trying to hold on to a little aerobic fitness. Simon Lessing told me if I'm not running then I should be swimming as it holds your aerobic fitness really well.
