Woke up this morning and walked for an hour as a recovery day before getting on a 'big ole jet airliner'... then back home from another trip. Legs feel very good and I plan on another hard week. My loose goal this week is 17 miles a day (102 miles again) with a progression in track work and tempo run. I will try to repeat last Tuesday's long run and include more tempo work and more 5:30 pace at the end.

You are amazing Tim. I really like to read your blog since I can only wish to run 1/2 of what you run and and a reasonable pace.....
