am) 11 miles very relaxed jogging. I turned my HR monitor off after 4 miles as it was averaging 126. My legs are pretty fatigued today- not only from yesterday's run (our first mile was about 8:00 pace so the over-all pace was quite quick) but from the week. I did lose a bit on our trip and I feel it. Once I get through this week I'll be much better next week.
n) 3 miles recovery jogging.
pm) Bike- 40:00 at HR 126. Included 4 X 1' ME hill repeats @ 30 revs.. Can't help but build strength on my single speed.
