I started to feel fatigue in the last 2 miles, good practice for dealing with discomfort and learning to relax and control leg turn over with thought. I have found (initially through swimming) that you have a certain amount of conscious control over the effects of fatigue.. consciously move your legs and prevent them from slowing their rhythm. It sounds simple and once you learn it (or rather if you believe it is possible)- it is.

I think I need to blend more...
If / when Ben gets out of the greens phase, you can get a lot of mileage by adding some blues and reds to those smoothies via berries. My kids gobble those up.

Throw a little ginger in that shake!
My wife and I have had our days with the juicer.
I hope you don't mind - I'm emailing you the results of my test today w/questions, etc.
