am) Full lift- 40:00 of leg work and core. Leg work was every lift in the gym for 2 sets of 25 reps with moderate weight. All core work was 3 sets of 30 reps.
pm) Bike- 20 miles- 1:30. Mountain bike on trails. Average HR 136.
I will be attending Chuck's training camp in March as a support rider.. I need to get my cycling legs back under me just a bit. I'll be enjoying the break from the Colorado winter with some California cycling! I'm looking forward to it.
