am) 5 miles easy jogging. The fatigue from Thursday crept in this morning and I decided to ignore my OCD mileage obsession and rest today. I had wanted to wait until next week to start cutting my volume and placing my complete focus on 3 quality sessions per week but I think today is an appropriate starting point too. My long run tomorrow is going to be brutal and I think the rest will yield greater results in fitness than training today.
Plus I am having a blast with Jo and Ben!! I am truly blessed I see. My marriage is incredible and Jo is my best friend, my son makes my life..
