Friday 0 mi.

am) Mountain bike for 45:00 with mild muscle endurance work for recovery.
pm) I walked 2 miles (30:00) to a bar to meet with Jeff and Chuck.. I didn't drink.
I felt awesome today, no residual soreness or even a little fatigue. After yesterday's workouts I know I am starting to come in to the shape I expect of myself.
