I had a great day today. Ben and I ran errands and went to the pool. He is learning to communicate a little bit right now and he will give me this certain look that melts my heart. What an amazing feeling to look in to the eyes of my son and see him start to realize who I am.. if I was still training for Ironman I would miss all of this. Ben is amazing!
I ran some and lifted core... how interesting!
