Another race in my neighborhood!?
I just saw that Camp Eden is having a 5k on June 11. Prize money too. $100 for first which is 100 times more than Leadville and Western States combined. Camp Eden is just behind my house and my Starr Peak Power Line climb starts at Camp Eden and the roads around the camp you have seen pictures of frequently on here. It starts at 8800ft altitude and is "hilly". When mountain folk say something is hilly you can bet it's sick hilly. I'm psyched.

There is nothing "mount" about Mt. Carbon! If I wasn't running in CS this Sat I'd have brough you a beer.
Ya, I didn't figure as much. It's mostly trails with some rollers though so it should be fun.

Yes and yes. Nice almost desert-like singletrack and it's fast!
Oh crap - I might come jog the Camp Eden race just to ride the zip line!
