That is 2.1 miles round trip. The trail starts at a church and climbs 1266ft in 1.05 miles. I didn't run any of it, just trail maintenance. Clearing rocks and burying rocks for better footing. It is single track all the way with views at the top of this...
A little graphic to show my neighborhood. I can see the peak that I climbed today from my yard so it was cool to see my neighborhood in full. This shows how hilly and rugged my back yard is. The black line is a single track/ jeep road that I run very often up to 9200ft. Starr Peak has a ranger station at the top with a powerline route that is very runnable. The arrow is where it starts. And then all that area below Starr Peak is wilderness that is riddled with jeep roads and nice single track trails. Rollinsville is just over the other side of Starr Peak.
Looking down my canyon to Denver.
These are looking towards Pikes Peak.
