0 miles. Rest to absorb yesterday's run. My legs feel pretty good today, just a little tight spot in my gastroc. Knee feels better than it has since last Friday (?). Tomorrow is going to be Hope Pass out of Twin Lakes and then Sunday will be Twin Lakes North as far as I can get.
Here's a great Geoff Roes quote from Western States:
"It's weird to be running 15 minutes behind with 25 miles to go and almost know that you are going to win."
