After visiting you I kind of know what you did today - tough as nails!
I'm following WS100 on the race web site now that the WC match is finished - Go Nick C!!!

Ya, I walked the uphills and my HR went over 160 every time. I climbed 780 feet on my 'flat' route :)

Nick is in a nice place! If he hangs tough I think he'll pick up some pieces... Roes looks to be fading? AK is looking good!

Seems as though GR is fading, but by the numbers he's on about a 15:00 finish while AK aand JK are on a sick 14:45 finish. It's all speculation, but maybe some guys are saying the pace the top 2 are running is sick - if they can do it great, but if they can't...

At Masochist 50 Geoff went through half way ~6:00 down... and then ran the last 25 miles faster than anyone by about 30:00. Maybe Roes is just biding his time?

I'd like to see GR joing the other 2 very soon!

just checked the site, those 2 are not going to let up and are well under 15:00 pace, 78 miles in 11:26 is smokin'!

at least i know how i'll lose the baby weight when the time comes.

Looks like Roes closed on Kilian, then on Tony, and now is a min ahead with about 12k left.

I can't imagine what it's like to try and race in the state these guys must be in.

I guess the short answer to that question was yes.

Wow... Roes is a monster. A very SMART monster. I think he made up like 10:00 in just a few miles on those guys. He let Tony and Killian trade blows then stepped in and dealt the knock out punch.
