Am) 17 miles with 3150ft of ascending. I ran Walker as the sun was coming up. Legs feel heavy and sluggish.

Need to eat some processed cow lips for energy, ACK! That was a big 24 hour period of nearly 60 miles a few days ago. You know better than most that will take a toll on muskels.
If you do a slower (key word) longer run this week and want some company, let me know. TL
Yep. Not on the cow lips but on the toll of the long runs. This week I'm going to do a faster long run on Wednesday and then a long slow run on Thursday. Definitely would like the company.
Thanks Ironboom. I didn't measure all of the mileage but it was over 120 miles. I biked and lifted weights too so the total week was over 20 hours again. I'm feeling it for sure! I haven't run big volume for a LONG time but it's coming back very quickly. Cheers.
