The header pic is from Rick- this is exactly what I didn't want (but expected) to see on my Thursday run.
And we got our plane tickets for Alabama and I'm waiting on confirmation for my entry in to the 50 mile race in Huntsville. If I can start back jogging on Saturday then I'll have 4 weeks to train.
