That numb am feeling I only got once in training: running with Jonseys guys two weeks ago!

Is that an altitude thing?

I don't know if it's an altitude thing. I would guess it's more of an anaerobic thing. I remember feeling it in track races. The 400 and 800 are the worst. I've run some solid workouts at altitude and this is first time I've felt it but I have never put in an effort like that to start off a session. It was a blast to let it fly..
