am) 9 miles in 1:02. Average HR 132. Max HR 147. Lower elevation and flat roads in Superior.

pm) 10 miles in 1:21 on a ridiculously hilly route at 8000+ft. 8:09 pace at average HR 140. Max HR 150.

Iron- The low HR/ high mileage stuff works so amazingly well at developing fitness. I think I respond particularly well to it. Not too surprising that I'm doing OK now... I was borderline anaemic with low VB doing high intensity bull shit at high altitude. Now that I have me head out of my ass I'll do well!
