Iron- The low HR/ high mileage stuff works so amazingly well at developing fitness. I think I respond particularly well to it. Not too surprising that I'm doing OK now... I was borderline anaemic with low VB doing high intensity bull shit at high altitude. Now that I have me head out of my ass I'll do well! Thanks!
