Monday 19 miles.

am) 11.26 with the GPS at HR average 142. Felt awesome.

pm) headed out for 30:00 jogging and ended with 8 miles. I counted 7 water falls on this run and was snowed on. No HR but it was easy.

Blood issues were vitamin B deficiency and border line low iron... huge in regards to performance. My hematocrit has dropped quite a bit too.

firstly congratulations for your newborn...
2 kids are a much greater challange than a marathon... (and the finisher medal is only after 20+ years....)

but for the low iron, did you check also the ferritin level ? or only iron ?
