Bob and I ran 13 miles this morning- easy and steady on Gap Road. I felt good, but could tell I ran solid yesterday.
Saturday I have an 8k time trial at sea level and am excited to see if my body responds well to the drop in altitude. It will be on the track, solo, starting relaxed and building to a race effort through out the 8k. This was suggested by Bob, pretty much everything he says makes sense and I value his feedback greatly.
