My morning run was awesome. My engine feels revved and I had to constantly hold back. I finished with a 25:00 steep climb at a moderate effort and a slow cadence. My normal cadence falls in the 95 step range, higher when I'm fatigued, so I've been trying to lower it. 90 steps feels like bounding. I have another run this afternoon.
Once again- I scored a car load of logs from the Forest Service. 10 X 4-6 foot logs that are calling me. My core is as strong as it's ever been.

Core kicks A$$!!!!
Dave- If you ever get the chance to swing a sledgehammer non-stop for a minute, you'll have a new idea of core work. It blows away any gym work you can do.
