A good group turned out this morning. We had ~1"-2" of snow on the trail but it was gorgeous running weather. The workout was 4 X 7:00 on 2:00 jogging. The only split I got was the first 1500 of the first interval which I went through in 4:50... so about 5:08 pace. I wore my HR only to hold me back from running too hard and my max HR on the first interval was 168. 173 on all the others. I felt amazing and woke up completely amped to run.
