am) I ran yesterday- again with nothing digital or any way to quantify the run other than the degree of ache in my legs.
This morning I ran what felt like the same distance- 21 miles- 2:20. 6:40 average pace with my HR average at 140.. Max HR was 148. Solid run.
pm) Easy run- 9 miles in 1:02. Legs felt a little stiff but once I got loosened up I didn't feel the morning run.
