First off- I am heading to Fort Collins this morning to watch one of my athletes test in the new wind tunnel on his bike. I will be taking video and pictures (if they'll let me) and posting the experience here. It should be cool.

Second- Group Run Sunday morning at the Niwot track. I'll be starting my warm-up at 7:30am sharp. Here's the workout:
WU) 4 miles.
MAF TEST 4 miles.
20 X 100 meters (run diagonally across the football field). Recovery is walking the end zone.
CD) As much as you want.

First off I want to say that I enjoy reading your blog. I have a question on MAF. I have a max HR around 170 so what pace should I run my MAF at? Thanks for your help.

7:30 works well for me....i should be there on time unless someone has a meltdown as i am walking out the door. will be interesting to see how it goes after my big ride today!
