First off- I am heading to Fort Collins this morning to watch one of my athletes test in the new wind tunnel on his bike. I will be taking video and pictures (if they'll let me) and posting the experience here. It should be cool.
Second- Group Run Sunday morning at the Niwot track. I'll be starting my warm-up at 7:30am sharp. Here's the workout:

MAF TEST 4 miles.
20 X 100 meters (run diagonally across the football field). Recovery is walking the end zone.
