again those pics remind me of being in lewis kansas. i really love it there too. every time i am in lewis i do a long run on the neverending flat farm roads. lucky to see a car or two, and they always wave. big change from the city life. and then i do a run on the track there, not quite the track in your town, it is crushed asphalt i think, looks like yours but is black. very hot there, but also very windy. i have many times thought about buying an old home on 100 acres out there. could have lots of fun recreation out there and noone within miles to bother you.
Eric- That is our 'contingency plan' if we ever fall on hard times. I have enough in savings to buy a house with cash (or sell my car and buy a house)
