Solid run for 1:10 (+1500ft) and then an even solider bike for 1:30 (+2300ft). All as much hard climbing as I could muster. Solid efforts but my muster wasn't up to mustard. Kind of in a pissy mood today which always impacts my exercising. I tend to rant and dwell on things and rather than channel that energy in to the training I let is sap my energy. I forced my way through these workouts.
