Sunday Week total 95 miles.

Am) Dressed in my jogging suit heading out the door...
Me: I'll be back in few hours.
My wife: Didn't you run long yesterday?
Me: Yes.
My wife: Why are you running long again?
Me: For mileage.
Long pause as my wife looks at me.
Me as I'm taking off my jogging suit: Lets go do something with the boys.

 0 miles.
95 miles on the week. 14:20 total time with X-training. ~65 miles at 8000ft altitude or higher.  Elevation gain probably 6-7k? Alan Culpepper told me that 100 up here is worth 140 on the flats in Boulder.

Maybe an old dog can learn a new trick? I want mileage but I don't need it. I feel very good today and I need to keep it that way for the next 28 weeks. 14+ hours is solid and I'm racing a 50k in 2 weeks.

  4. 95 in six days. Pretty solid, especially off that day you had yesterday.

That said, I might need to sneak in a half dozen tonight.

  5. Amazing how smart those women can be at times. If only we could be smart enough to listen like you did today.
