I have a fair amount of pain on the top of my foot today. It hurts to walk and when I push on the 3rd metatarsal it feels bruised. Which is what I'm hoping is all it is. I obviously broke down a bit more than I thought yesterday. Everything else feels great. Either I tied my shoes too tight or I have a stressed bone. We'll see how it progresses or digresses...

A shoelace bruise? Um, that makes you sound like a pussie. Just say one of those wolves chewed on your foot or something. Keep the legend alive!
