Sunday 'long' run.. 12 miles. Week total-60 miles.

I e-mailed my coach last night and asked what I should do today... race a 5k or run 17 miles. He immediately called me (from Florida!) and told me neither... he quite adamantly told me neither. He had me run very easy for 12. I ran with Ewen (a 29:xx 10k runner) and Jeff (recently turned professional bad ass Ironman guy). Lots of laughing as usual. I really like running with those two. It's hard to find people that you can laugh with and at. Thanks guys and thanks coach!
