Kerrie: your comments and observations from yesterday are quite true. I see where my week went downhill (Wednesday in my opinion). I admit I padded my training log with the second run which only caused yesterday's fatigue. Like hangovers and sunburns... I'll never learn! I am working towards a goal that is over 3 years away so the limits I am pushing today will hopefully not be limits in the future.
