Recovery jog before Jo went to work. My legs felt awesome and wanted to go but I'm planning some tough workouts for this week and want to save energy for those sessions. Tomorrow I want to try a workout that Canova says is the #1 way to improve AeT. We'll see how it goes.
I had a request for video of jump rope.. so here it is below. I think Chuck counted the cadence at ~140. Quite high which may contribute to my higher cadence. I also have built my calves up to be fairly resilient and durable through this exercise. If you watch my foot plant in relation to my head the balance is nice.. it's not hard to picture how this would help a runner.

Love the trail running videos. Looks like a great place to run.
Lucky chuck is on the MTB with steady hands and sharp wit.
I'll just echo what Matt said. I'm loving all the videos, and I like the new image at the top of the blog too.
Love the blog Tim ... just found it recently while searching for drill to improve (increase) my run cadence. Any drills you wish to share? Typically I run comfortably at 84. Im trying to get to 90-95. I'll give this rop jumping a try.
Thanks for the help,
Jeff
