20:00 on the treadmill (thanks GZ) at 6%-8% grade. No HR, just runnin. The roads are super slick.
Messed around with various lifts throughout the day while I worked. Split squats, deltoid fly and presses to fire my shoulder a bit. Lower abdominal/ psoas.
And I started my 105th book of 2015. Averaging a book every 3.2 days.
