Been lurking for a while...enjoyed reading your blog. Definitely helped my motivation to do more runs. For core work newbies, i think it would be great if you include short explanation why the first core work shouldn't be done and what does the second core work for which body part......

and abs too. You have to hold in your abs to control the ball. Try that out for yourself.. you can feel it in abs.
