Ultra nutrition

Am) 40:00 super easy jogging while listening to the recent podcast from Ben Greenfield at Endurance Planet. I asked a question regarding nutrition surrounding the Leadville 100 bike/ 10k/ 100 mile run which I'll run just 7 days apart. Fantastic response from the best in the biz.

Wow, that's a ton of pills. I'm lucky to get actual calories in. That sounds like it would make me pretty sick trying to get those pills in there. Do you plan to follow that step? Alternatively, I have been hesitant to go away from commercial gels in favor of Malto, because of the BCAAs and electrolytes. Do you get any aminos during performance?
